History of MAXamize

I have worked for many companies to help them create internal advertising and marketing departments over the past 10 years.  One day while hanging out with friends and family we were talking about my marketing abilities and some of the results I have accomplished.  They expressed that with the knowledge and passion I have shown I could help other companies struggling with marketing and advertising.  With their encouragement and my excitement, I decided to take on the challenge and offer my services to help other companies.

MAXamize came about because of my love for animals.  I had a beautiful lab/blue heeler mix that passed away October 1, 2008, I was completely devastated.  We wanted another dog but wanted to take some time to adjust without my Yoda.  Yoda was a diabetic so he required extra special care.  10 days after Yoda passed away, a small black & tan Daschund came to our house.  He was in pretty bad shape, so we cleaned him up and gave him some food and a soft place to sleep.  The next day we took him to the vet and through a series of phone calls found out he was homeless.  Since we had a vacancy we naturally took him in.  We were able to get his original vet records and found out his name was MAX.

This is our first small dog so we have had to downsize all our dogie amenities.  But when it came time to pick a name my friend Jean suggested MAX-amize, so there you have it.

From time to time we will post pictures of our MAX as he helps us come up with creative ideas.  We can't leave out his partner in crime Poe (our cat who took to him just as fast), and his new partner Lacie.  We have nick-named the two Max and Lacie's Great Adventures.  Stay tuned to see what they get into next.

To the right are Max, Poe, the newest addition to the family Lacie, and the late but great Yoda.

Max and Lacie just had their first Halloween together.

We took MAX on his first trip to the Beach, he had a blast digging and digging in the sand.  He wasn't too crazy about the waves (they were a bit bigger then him).

From time to time MAX likes to get out and help those in need.  This year he participated in the Houston Airport System Mutt Strutt.
